Are website packages one-time or recurring costs?
Website packages are a one-time cost to design and build your site. SEO and marketing packages are billed monthly, since they involve ongoing work like content, ads, and reporting.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. Website projects are typically split into two or three milestone payments, on kickoff, mid-project, and before launch. Monthly packages are billed month to month with no long-term contract.
What if my project doesn't fit any package?
That’s common for larger e-commerce builds or combined marketing engagements. Request a free quote and we’ll scope a custom price based on exactly what you need.
Is hosting or a domain name included?
Hosting and domain costs are billed separately at their actual cost, since they vary by provider. We’re happy to set these up and manage renewals on your behalf if you’d rather not deal with it.

Most Starter sites launch in 1-2 weeks and Growth sites in 3-4 weeks from kickoff. E-commerce and custom builds vary by scope and are outlined during quoting.

How involved do I need to be during the project?
We handle the heavy lifting, but we’ll need your input at a few key points, sharing content and branding early on, and reviewing design drafts during revision rounds.
How many rounds of revisions do I get?
Starter sites include 5 rounds and Growth sites include 10 rounds of design revisions. Additional rounds can be added for $20 each if needed.
Will my website work well on mobile phones?
Yes. Every site we build is designed mobile-first and tested across phones, tablets, and desktops before launch, since most visitors will find you on a phone.
Can I update the website myself after launch?
Yes. Growth sites and above include a content management system, so you can update text, images, and blog posts yourself. We’re also happy to make edits for you through a maintenance plan.
Do you build e-commerce websites?
Yes, on Shopify or WooCommerce depending on your needs. This includes product catalog setup, payment and shipping integration, and any custom features your store requires.
Do I own my website once it's built?
Yes. Once the project is paid in full, the website, its code, and its content belong to you. We simply ask for credit as the design and development partner.

On-page SEO covers page titles, meta descriptions, heading structure, image alt text, internal linking, and basic keyword targeting, the foundation every site needs to be found on Google.
